The Issue

Support Hometown Attractions is made up of owners and operators of smaller independent attractions, parks, and entertainment venues left out of earlier federal COVID relief grants.

As Congress considers supplementing the Restaurant Relief Fund, we ask you to join us in urging elected officials to expand grant eligibility to include hometown attractions, parks, and entertainment venues that are unable to recover financially due to mandated closures, restrictions, and ongoing business uncertainty due to COVID – particularly in seasonal markets. The government shouldn’t be picking winners and losers!

We also urge the federal government to maintain the Employee Retention Tax Credit through 2021, as originally guaranteed by the CARES Act.
